Accomodations

The accommodations on campus are limited. Students who will give oral presentation will be prioritized. Unfortunately, you cannot choose which accommodation to take. However, if you want to share a twin room with somebody, please note on the Comment section in the Google Form. We will arrange it if possible.

• Universal Club (Single 3400 yen: 11 rooms)
• Green Salon (Single 4300 yen: 5 rooms, Twin 5600 yen: 1 room)
• Symposion (Single 3900 yen: 8 rooms, Twin 5000 yen: 2 rooms)

Access

The venue is Sakata and Hirata Hall (Science South Building), Department of Science, Nagoya University

How to get there: get off at Nagoya Daigaku Station on the Meijo subway line, use exit 2 or 3. The venue is about 5 min walk from the station.
