Future of the nematodes studies 2023
Registration guideline
We here announce the “Future of the nematodes studies,” which aims to activate the Japanese nematode research field by providing young researchers opportunities to present and communicate, lacking in international conferences. All participants, from students to PIs, can interact frankly in the meeting.
Previous meetings were held at NIG (2018) and Nagoya University (2019), and both were very successful. 2020 could not be held due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but last year in 2021 and 2022 the meeting was held online, and we had a lively discussion taking advantage of the ability to meet online.
5th meeting will be held on RIKEN BDR. The slogan is "Let's enjoy direct communication" We are planning on-site the oral session and poster session. Let's have a heated debate beyond on site.

PI: 6,000 yen non-PI faculty: 4500 yen post-doc : 3000 yen Student: 1000 yen (Lunch on Friday, 18 (500 yen) is not included in the registration fee.) After your registration, we will email you Slack address for meeting. Within Slack, you will find an account to transfer your registration and lunch fees. |

* Leaders meeting take place after closing remark on 8/18 at venue with remote by using Zoom. In addition to PIs, anyone who leads research projects, such as postdocs and assistant/associate professors, is welcome to attend and discuss the future of the nematode research field. Please indicate your participation on the registration form.
